need and opportunity will not wait for anyone accepted. But you asked them to leave them as-is which isnt good man. He should have atleast waiting until the gal comes back or until her 221g is done. If it takes months i can understand but the manager should atleast give her a month..

once the family members of him get fired it would be hard for them to get reference for the previous work place atleast tough iythadi.. ela vadilesthe inka tumor la vyapistharu...

He might create a position for a family member even if its not required but not at the cost of intentional firing someone to hire ur friend/relative

But I saw a similar issue in one of my projects few years back but akkada the guy who bought his family members in to the team konchem technically strong and has a good hold in that company....one guy complained on that issue may be because of jealousy or may be he thought really that was a right thing to do but somehow everyone got to know about him and vaadiki full torture ayindi and finally quit aye laaga chesaru....not to discourage from complaining but just be prepared for the worst.

At least they will keep an eye on these issues. FT candidates feel avvali workload paina .. vallake problem ledhu annaka... resource kavali .. project deadline reach avvalem ani OA endhuku ?

if such people do not fear consequence..they will be empowered  // not complaining is not an option // result vastado leda second

next complaint ki vaadi meeda background ready untadi..getting wife into same team itself is a big scam..lot of companies dont allow this at all..i am not sure why your client is allowing that

same office lo dating koda allow cheyaru..edavalu ekamga wifes ne same dept lo work aa

Investigation will lead to unearth facts about his wife and other relatives working in the same team. Most of the companies have a rule-no family members should in same team and under same manager as such..

if he is the hiring manager for all those he will be screwed.. this will obviously end there career here in this client location.. and when ever you apply for a new job they will ask for references and not many would come forward in such a case.. most of the prime vendors have a direct contact at client locations and most positions will be filled by references..

As per your statement i don’t understand why it will not effect them with HR or emails against his wrong doings
