Most of the companies have a rule-no family members should in same team and under same manager as such.. if he is the hiring manager for all those he will be screwed.. this will obviously end there career here in this client location.. and when ever you apply for a new job they will ask for references and not many would come forward in such a case.. most of the prime vendors have a direct contact at client locations and most positions will be filled by references..
