Response/ action from HR -

1. Show the proof

2. Hiring resources to balance the workload is not illegal. Moreover, we can’t speak on workload as we don’t know what’s involved.

3. Show the proof? Whats the guarantee that the resources were not hired due to their skill, but solely due to manipulation?

P.S: Don’t get me wrong, I am just playing a devils advocate here.

in cases like this, HR will not ask directly for proof., because his family members are already in the office payroll. they all can be from same vendor.

and once that is confirmed, they will dig into it and find out reasons of manipulation one way or the other..

I didn’t mean they would ask the reporter directly (as anyway it was reported anonymously). I guess my point was, how far this can go?

As long as, company policy doesn’t explicitly mention that hiring family members is a breach, culprit can get the benefit of the doubt.

Of course, larger scale/ racket la jarigithe andhe face chestharu, sooner or later.

In this specific case though, report chese mundhu emaina compromising information proof ga petti chesthe inka better..., like emails/ proofs that show favoritism and inclination towards his people, instances of conflicting stance on other resources, instances of behavioral issues etc...

Whistleblower does not need to give any proof, it will be treated as complaint, investigation will start by the respective authorities just by this complaint, when they get proof from their own sources, they will take action, till then they continue gathering information from all sources

2. Hiring resources when everyone saying not needed is suspicious, rest of the folks will easily confirm this if they are asked privately

3.  HR will ask the selection and interview process, conflict of interest to ekkadaina decision making chesada leda ani choostaru, they will ask the hiring manager if he has been influenced by someone in terms of concealing facts/misrepresenting facts

Manupulation/misdeeds will easily come out, all it takes it someone to complain thats it

If you think he did some fraud in hiring his family members, send an email to HR (Anonymous) about this. He won't be effected immediately. They will start a background investigation about what he's been doing.
