That's difficult. But probably skip marrying cousin (Menarikam - Bava/Maradhalu). They will not realize untill their kids inherit (really for the kids). I have a few friends with cleft lip and missing toes due in-breeding - Practice in South India (Marrying cousin from Attha son /Mama son/Sisters daughter)

For others who support - Most of the European Royal families (especially the English ones) used to marry cousins and some of their children all these problems including mental illness. That's why even the present generation like Price Charles, William and Harry look ugly compared to the average British.

When people across the world moved on from interracial marriages to gay marriages, we haven't even moved on from incest to intercaste marriages. How unfortunate!
