Got offer in Fresno California  with 112k salary and mediocre benefits and 401k matching better option to take it ?? Place is not As expensive as Bay Area nor LA region. Would you take it ?? What’s your thoughts.

The current company I am working Director of HR is getting paid around 160k in LA. Maybe bonus around 10-15k .

Present market lo ‘no sponsorship’ ante pay bagane undi bro..but again based on 2 key things 1) Tool/Technology and 2) Client. Sr. Analyst ki $110k plus ye undi bro pakkaga Texas ila aite..kani they might ask more than 3.5!
