Undataniki chala areas perlu untayi kaani i feel many of them are remote. We have been living there for 20 years and own a home and some land. Appreciation wise decent. Maree 5 years lo double ani nenemi guarantees ivvatledu. Kaani main areas lo finding land is very tough. Dooram gaa velte finding land is easy but aa areas baagovu. I think that is a common problem. As I said earlier, I would like to construct small house and would like to spend once in a year. The plot area is 420 sq yards and the price is around 70 lakshs. This will be my dream house in the future. Quote
