The state-invested so much in Amaravathi and there are 40,000 Crores worth of activities going on (Infrastructure) and they have to complete, although with some delay.

Once all activities complete, MLS,NGOs, Officers move to Amaravathi, Economic activity will start and naturally, it will flourish. Especially because it's between 2 cities and a strategic location

KKD real estate is very peculiar ani naa feeling. There are very very less areas with better connectivity. 

Undataniki chala areas perlu untayi kaani i feel many of them are remote. 

We have been living there for 20 years and own a home and some land. Appreciation wise decent. Maree 5 years lo double ani nenemi guarantees ivvatledu. 

Kaani main areas lo finding land is very tough. Dooram gaa velte finding land is easy but aa areas baagovu. I think that is a common problem. 

Enduku invest chestunnavo chebithe may be people can answer better

It is not for investment. As I said earlier, I would like to construct small house and would like to spend once in a year. The plot area is 420 sq yards and the price is around 70 lakshs. This will be my dream house in the future.

Usually they say Kakinada is pensioners paradise.. But ippudu mundu la ledu ani telling many like to live there.
