Is it worth to Invest in Kakinada

Hi Guys,

Is it worth to invest in Kakinda ? The plot rates are too pricey and per sq yard cost is almost same as vizag outskirts rate.

AP lo ekkada land rates cheap ga unte akkada konesi pettukovadam better man....ippudu kaakunna oka 10 years lo develop ayye chances chaala unnayi....they have to no other option
