How are Sr Software Engineer offer ranges in Uber, Lyft, Airbnb & Slack?

Is it worth it to join these companies now considering they are going public (IPO) soon?

I had a Uber offer in 2015 and they were pretty rude back then when it was the hottest start-up in bay area.  Uber recruiter reached out to me to come meet a director for coffee.

Why? Uber and lyft have filed for IPO’s and Airbnb has the best tech talent and interviews are bound to be on par with google bar

Joining uber in 2015 would have been great.

now that they are going ipo, they wont offer lot of equity.

 

heard lyft is re-thinking about going ipo

I work for FANG. personally feel Airbnb interviews are harder than the bunch.
