Friend scenario

Current client lo vere employer through work continue cheyyacha ?

Ippudu unna employer bhayapedutunnadu anta, that he will sue the company and client.

My employee moved to a different employer and vendor took a letter from me authorizing the change. Since I will have a contact with the vendor, I can sue them so they need my authorization.

Read the contract you signed with the vendor. It will usually have a clause that you cannot directly work at the client up to 1 year after the contract is terminated. Each state has it own law. If you are a W2 full time with the vendor and working at the client site, you may be able to join the client directly. If you are a 1099 C2C with the vendor, the clause may be enforceable.
