i have a question on w4..

i have allowances listed as "1" on that form...

i am recently married - do I need to change allowances on w4 or can we put the same?

 

my wife has her allowances listes as "2" on her form.

Please advise.

Bro simple logic.. you can keep as much allowances as you what. 1,2,3,4

Looks like u r wife is working i suggest change u r wife  also 1. That way you dont end up paying big amount while filing taxes. If wife not working change yours to 2
