Capital One Quicksilver - not a travel card as such... but no foreign transaction fees

No annual fee cards ki benefits takkuva , annual fee untayi manchi vatiki mostly 

Chase Sapphire Preferred/Reserve

Capital One Venture

Amex Platinum

Delta/United/American co-branded cards unatyi , 50k-100k miles offer tho , If you are ok to exclusively book on one of them , you can opt for one of these cards and save may be 500$ depending on the route etc, of course all of these will have 95$ annual fees

I used American Airlines Citi card. It worked out well for 2 years.. aa tarvaata AA miles antha benefit anipinchaka poyesariki account close chesina

people do look at zero foreign transaction fees but that dosent really work either...

the exchange rate what they calculate will be atleast 2-4% lower than the market rate...

So one would be saving money on transaction fees but end up paying similar amount on exchange rates...
