I make an Elvis sandwich sometimes. Adi okati tinte inka dinner daka tinakkarledu. It's basically a sandwich with peanut butter and banana pieces. Sometimes I make a PB&J. 

Peanut butter has a lot of protein

If I eat a whole avacado and bread that's enough breakfast. I sometimes eat chips and dips or veggies and dip on the side.

I keep switching my breakfast lunch and dinner menus, between oatmeal, cereal, avacado toast, PB&J, lentils or veggie sandwich or fried rice.
