2 houses - 7000 sft. - 3.5cr

2 plots over - 3cr

10 acres agriculture land - 2cr

Other investments - ~50lakhs

Money in bank - 0

Loans - nil

This is not enuf ...you at least need 72 Cr rupees to live a little comfortable life in India

koncham decent schools ippudu minimum 1.5 lacs per year fees.

If your wife will work too. then If you and your wife gets 30-40 lacs each per year jobs, You should be good.

I studied from one of the best schools back then, LFHS and LFJC.

Today education is corporate, I understand

Total family expenditure is going to be 1 Cr per year...this is just for maintenance...inka nee ishtam
