F1 vs H4

 if wife wants to study   US ki  F1 medha vasthe  any advantages  over H4 visa ?  

cousin sis ki F1 apply chesthunnam    her Husband already on H1 here    will that effect her chances of getting F1?   or H4 to F1 route safe a?

F1=>

  • Pros:
    • On-campus job cheyochu,
    • GRA or GTA Cheyochu (Stipend + Fee Pay chestaru),
    • Summer lo internship kuda cheyochu,
    • End of masters OPT ostadi;
  • Cons:
    • Out of state fee kattali.

H4 =>

  • Pros:
    • Need to pay only In-state tuition if H1 holder is staying more than a year (applicable to most of the universities);
    • Can be a part-time student. 
  • Cons:
    • No on-campus jobs or GRA or GTA
    • No CPT during the summer or OPT after the end of the masters.

Yes, H4 to F1 COS is around 6 to 8 months in USA. Consular processing aithe you need to give a valid reason for the COS to F1. Dual intent ledu ani convince cheyali

This not applicable for most of the universities    H4 ni kuda out of state la chustharu

contacted few public universties  everybody says regardless of visa type internations student is not considered for instate tution   only Texas uni lo instate ani heard for H4
