This tagging (or naming a phenomenon) hides the real issues. One finds lots of injustices in a society. The moment one unifies(clubs) all these injustices as instances of racism, one is not going to solve any problem at all. It shuts out any conversation or debate about that. In the end, one end up saying "I am not a racist, but I like fair skinned partners", "I am not a racist, but I like to live in a neighborhood with good schools", "I am not a racist, but I like to work in a group surrounded by elite graduates".

Who is racist, then? Everyone else.
