No.. he uses his civil engineering  friend to influence the design of new building ...but that part was not built and executed weell..

 

His friend recognizes him after 20 years of seperation..

And all of sudden the new sport complex comes from nowhere..and then he escapes

Yeah , high  level story theme is from Hollywood , he adopted to tollywood with poor execution.... Escape for freedom is main theme in both movies
