A colleague from her erstwhile school spoke to her in mid 1990, informing her of the return to normalcy prevailing in the valley. She was further informed that her return would even ensure release of past salaries due. As has been the wont of gullible Hindus from Kashmir, Punjab and East Pakistan, she implicitly believed her colleague and as such, the promise of salaries due proved too much to ignore, in her financially distressed condition. What followed would put the SAW series of films to shame. She was picked up by armed colleagues of our lovingly feted (by Congress Sarkar and peace seeking, naive Vajpayee NDA) Yasin Malik the very day she arrived. Her brutalised body was recovered on 25.6.1990 from a saw mill. This was its condition: 1. She had been gang raped brutally for several days 2. Metallic objects had been used to split her genitalia and alimentary canal open 3. All this while she was alive 4. She was also hacked apart in two by a mechanical saw while she was alive. Post mortem confirmed pre-mortem vivisection. 5. She was made to feel everything.
