If parent has stayed for 151 days (DEC 18 -May 19) in previous trip to U.S.

How many days do they need to wait before they can travel again ?

I heard 40 days is minimum as few traveled, but don't know how ?

So, if parent wants to travel again in Sep end (in our case its about 130 days gap) then no issues in POE for now but in future better to wait for 180 days before travelling again ?
