Any one ran marathon or half marathon

2012 nundi every year atleast one half marathon chesina except last year and this year so far because of some issues

first 6miles  clock chesina taruvata you can increase 1mile every week till you reach  10-11 miles in your practice. 6 miles cheste you are 70%  there and from there you don’t feel much. 6 mile stamina ki neeku 4-10weeks padutadi depending on how fit you are to begn with. week ki 3 runs compulsory run cheyali, one big run and the remaining can be 2-3 miles 

first time I took 2:38 and best so far is 2:12

if you avg 4.5-5 miles it is a good start

How to get it 13 miles is my question , Like how to train , i am seeing 20 miles / week go up to 22 next week and there after 

but i want to know how to pace my running without getting injured , needed gear , time frame to look up

and diet for the half marathon , what to eat during the run and what to drink

Last year 5 miles running cum walking chesa

After that I was unAble to do it.

I did not have any training or diet

Strong will and good shoes are mandatory.

Running on a thread Mill is different from running on the road or paved path.

Better go to a park and run it gives u practise
