Norway nuclear monitor says August 8 Russian base incident likely had two blasts

Norway's nuclear activity monitor NORSAR released a report suggesting that the initial August 8 explosion at a naval base near Severodvinsk, Russia, in which five Russian scientists were killed, was followed by a second blast two hours later. Russia's nuclear agency Rosatom shipped its first floating nuclear-power reactor on Friday despite concerns following the August 8 incident.
