Career fair for women to be held on Saturday

Hyderabad: Equiv.in, the diversity vertical of Stockroom is holding the ninth edition of Women Changemakers Career Fair and Confluence on Saturday. It will provide an opportunity for women of the city to identify better job opportunities and understand diversity initiatives of organisations. The participants of the fair will have opportunities to network and interact with women corporate leaders of the companies present. It is expected to have participation of 600 women who will interact with women business leaders of 8 companies looking to hire talent from the event.

In addition, it also announced the launch of Frontiers, a one-of-its-kind career fair platform for veterans to get back into work force. The event will be completely free to attend for the members of the Veterans community, to explore opportunities with India’s top companies.

 

“More than 75,000 veterans leave duty each year in the age group of 35-45. Through Frontiers we would want to organise exclusive career fairs for veterans and play an important role by re- integrating veterans into the society again,” said  Naren Krishna, founder and CEO of Equiv.in.

Equiv.in is looking to host this event across 6 cities (Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad) starting early 2020.
