chai cravings ela control

chai anni manesa 2 years.. last 3-5 months nunchi chai malli daily 1 small cup(indian cup size) lo thaguthuna.. reason being.. roommate ki pakka kavali chai in the evening... apudu naku adige vadu... nen no chepthunde.. but slowly started nen kuda.. ipudu i would control but akkada unte thagutha little.. ee madya malli nene pettukoni thaguthuna if he is not making it.. aa time lo green tea etc lantivi im trying.. what are other things u do to get diverted.

I drink 1 time on weekdays and 2 times on weekends... Once a day is good for health antaru... edoka addiction and pichi undali ani na feeling...

if u want to cut down on sugar , use natural sugar alternatives . one cup of tea is not that bad. actually ur post made me make a cup for tea now :D

why you want to control.. daily 2 times must chai latte.. weekends starbucks grande etc.. office lo appudappudu black coffee.
