That is true but whatever he says in the video should not be encouraged... 
India lo apple google amazon ledu but Indian brain power is assisting/helping those companies right.. there are over 200 countries in the world but only why India is dominant in the IT Sector Support? There are quite a few useful people too.. Useless/frauds are everywhere not only India... but we have to look at the positive side too

opportunities are different from being smart; politicians in India are rich enough to buy second level companies those are emerging but they won’t because they lack governance.
