Blunder mistake undi aa amendment lo and nobody is noticing it. 

Lets say dump tatha signs it on Jan 1st, everybody who has approved I140 is eligible for EAD. USCIS has to assign an available visa number to each and every I485 application. Let’s say there are 400k primary applicants who apply for EAD, where will USCIS go get the rest of 240k visas? That was the main reason I140 EAD proposed by Obama was not implemented. How is this any different?

I read the full text of the bill just now. They are changing the existing law to provide EAD/AP to people who have application pending for 270 days irrespective of the visa number availability but AOS can be done only when the visa number is allotted.  IV took good care of the language of the bill so that it should not fail with cis. So no blunder mistakes but still it has bleaker chances of passing in dump thatha rajyam.
