I read the full text of the bill just now. They are changing the existing law to provide EAD/AP to people who have application pending for 270 days irrespective of the visa number availability but AOS can be done only when the visa number is allotted.  IV took good care of the language of the bill so that it should not fail with cis. So no blunder mistakes but still it has bleaker chances of passing in dump thatha rajyam.

Kotha employer tho 140 must anta baa. Old employer approved 140 not enough.
