intha jarigina kuda ee infosys gadiki siggu rada?? Why doesn’t they hire local stem students directly from campus recruiting?? They will have better zeal to perform than uncles kada. Doesn’t need to provide high amount to this new hires directly from college. This is the trend the company I am currently working is following. Hiring lot of students directly from colleges/universities utilizing them for 2-3 years and in mean time they will get experience and wanted to move on , company let them go and the company repeat the same process.
