Lets say emplyr gets $25 per candidate on average. and he has roughly 200 Empyees.

Then the math is:

then his valuation both capital, securities and assets together included will be atleast be close to : 50 Million.

Now this 50 Mil does not include personal losses, failed business ventures, loss in shares and crypto and other  crazy investments people do when see a lot of money in hand. In any case if you take out 50% for losses and other unsual expenditure., then we will end up with 25M.

Employr with a decent sized pool of consultants like 200 will be having around $25 Million. This is applies to sole ownership and not partners. 

Lets say if there are 5 partners then each will get atleast $5 million with such company.

5 Million USD ~ 350,000,000 INR (35 CR)
