I have an amex corporate credit card which client deposits $100 every day for food purchase. Is there any way  like cash back(not sure) the remaining amount for ex. if i spent yesterday $60 for food any chance to save the remaining $40 on that day.

go buy starbucks card or something online everyday.. there are websites where you can sell these starbucks cards etc!
