Had he passed an ordinance, it would have meant ONLY and ONLY for RJB But with SC constitutional bench passing the judgement, this means, reoccupation of thousands of temples back into Hindu fold is imminent. Say what may, Modi, Shah and Doval are miles ahead of strategic planning than any politician in living memory.
