Economic stimulus works only till a certain point. If the sectors which are being simulated doesn't produce productivity then it's a future bankruptcy.

Giving freebies are never good sign for encouraging economy. But that became a standard now because of vote bank politics.

Name one state that filed bankruptcy trying to build capital. You only see this in situations where you're giving freebies and the state jumps back on freebies when this happens. Building capital and infrastructures will create a jobs. I don't see why this is considered a problem especially for a new state, generating jobs is very important and building a new capital will create jobs.

By your logic every state and country should borrow beyond their capacity and keep building infra which might not be needed and then it will be economically developing country ?

No, but a new state that doesn't have a means of generating employment, building a capital will generate a lot of employment. What will happen if the Government is paying interest to the bank instead of giving freebies? Isn't the employment generation in building capital not enough revenue flow?

Those poor people who construct will not have the money to either rent or own any place in the city due to the sky high prices ,  they will end up living in outskirts

But it's better that they earn money by construction rather than getting free rice and lentils which is what navarathnalu is. That way, there is job creation and flow of revenue instead of Government giving free monthly money.

Why  will it be better? construction jobs are not easy and suitable for all, they have no option but to do these jobs , if they get freebies they can at least have a choice

I'm not a proponent of freebies to rich , but poor should continue to get freebies otherwise in a country like ours they will become even poorer and neglected

If you give freebies to the poor, they will expect more freebies and become lazy. Freebies are never good, either for poor or rich. Generating employment by investing in capital is good as it will improve the standard of living.
