survive ayinavaallu kuda vunnaara ??

thought they haven't found any medicine yet !!

vaccines ante medicine kaadu,

its a live or attenuated viruses that are injected into your body and your body makes antibodies against them.

so those survivors might have good antibodies in them to combat viral infection of coronavirus.

I studied sometime back there are ppl in africa who are resistant to HIV too.

No. Those who survived have minor exposures. Those who have exposed severely died in days.

But it just matter of the time once they are exposed.

Guys, the mortality rate of Coronavirus is only 2%. It is highly infectious, but it's basically a worrisome flu. It's more infectious than SARS but less morbid than SARS.

False.

Wuhan coronavirus mortality rate is calculated incorrectly in the media.

(as of Feb 6, 2020) ------

Total Cases: 28,388

Recovered: 1,420

Deaths: 565

Incorrect: 565/28388 = 2%

Correct: 565 / (565 + 1420) = 28% ------ Only those whose treatment is finished should be considered.

Ok, you can calculate after the epidemic is over. But my point is it doesn't kill you. It is basically a respiratory virus that doesn't necessarily kill you, you can develop immunity to it if you are a healthy adult with good immunity. The only risk, well most of the high risk groups are the elderly, infants and adults on immune suppressants (cancer and autoimmune patients).

Countries wont worry that much if its just a basic respiratory virus. Still the incubation period of it is yet to be known sometimes it may take months or years. But what it has done in 1 month is an example how dangerous it is.

Not necessarily resistant, it is called antiretroviral treatment. They are basically on reverse transcriptase inhibitor to prevent the transcription of HIV in T cells. The commercial name of the drug is Atazanavir.

That is because Coronavirus is highly infectious. That's why they are banning travel. In a given group of people there are way too many infants and elderly who are at risk at infection because they is no known cure except using antiretroviral drugs for generic viruses.
