Nenu ideal weight unta for my height. poin genetics anukunte ma family lo evariki ledu . e madya physical activity taggindi . based on previous threads and analysis. i will try to follow below things. stop rice,junk food,oily food,chicken,mutton,dairy products and eat quinova , brown rice,oats , avacados , fruits , vegetables , salmon,almonds,walnuts,omega3 tablets and do daily workouts . 1.
