maa office lo oka production employee valla husband dhi around 280 unde anta...field work lo unnappudu stroke ochindhi, immediate ga thane hospital ki drive chesukoni velli, stent veyinchukunnadu...he was actually in Florida on a field work...he drove to a hospital close by and he was air lifted to a bigger hospital...oka 2 days lo malli field work ki vellipoyadu....

Your values are not really dangerous.. still in manageable range with lifestyle changes.. Stop worrying, stress increases cholesterol.

There were already many tips about workout and food in this thread...

Otherthan that, I can add few more below.. (I was also high on cholesterol sometime back and now normal for last couple of years with simple changes like below, with out going to gym. Only walked 30min - 3/4 times per week)

1. Workout/gymming: 

Try standing desk in office possible.. makes lot of difference... more than we imagine.. Stand and work as much as possible.. you will get used to it.. some people get addicted to it.. like me.

If not heavy workout, do atleast 10/15min treadmill/walking and standing desk.

2. Drink hot/warm water. (& avoid milk/sugar in tea/coffee.)

3. Wallnuts/omega3 pills

4. Eat less spread it over multiple times...

[PS: exercise spread over day is always better than doing heavy exercise at a time. but this may not possible in IT jobs so standing desk helps a lot]

nice. i rarely stand and work. will implement it if it makes a difference . 

which brand omega3 pills u used ?

My doctor suggested assorted nuts(cashews,almonds,brazil nut,etc.), bananas for me.
