Natural keys are different. SSN is not the key. It's a combination of Employer, SSN, DOB

Watch this video, it's a demonstration of how to register on the H1B portal. I couldn't see any section asking for education details, you need to specify which type of cap you are applying for though. Nenu anedi registration stage lo adagtledu ani.

the current registration is only for the Employer to create account..

under that starting March 1st they will start entering beneficiary details whcih will include all details..

Nenu USCIS webinar kuda attend ayyanu,  at no point in the registration they are asking for school details.
