Can't u get multiple job opportunities and they all file ur h1... Ex: u got apple, Google , Facebook, Amazon offering job...they all file ur h1. When u got approval...based on their pay..u select one among them..simple.. USCIS says ..at a time 7 employers can file petions but shouldn't be a sister company... Like ABC, goggle can't apply 2 petions..same thing WhatsApp, Facebook cannot apply 2 petions.. because they r sister companies
