if the client , vendor and employer nothing has changed with your previous h1-b , good chances of 3 years approval

dont put any dates on letter , if the contract is for 3 months only

My h1-b was approved recently in vermont center, applied april 12th regular , may 6th online showing approved

Na current h1b sept ki expire avtundhii.. premium file chesedamu april mid kala ani anukunte, ee corona vala premium bisket ayindhi.. epdu regular lone cheyali.. na question entante edi sow project.  ma client gadu dec varake project undi with possible extension ani dates mention chesi client letter ista annadu.. (which he has fixed format nothing can be editable just changing my name)

So elanti situation lo chances are high that uscis can approve for only that 3 months ena or they can approve for 3 years. if 3 years varaku approve cheyali ante...client letter ee words mention chesthe that they can approve it for 3 years.. if anyone faced the same situation please help bossuuu

this time 3 years approved, same client , vendor, employer with previous H1-b

Previous H1-B approval , client and vendor change ayyindhe, too many questions on RFE,

RFE was mainly about contract length, last ki contract enni days undhano ani days eh approval vachindhi

My employer filed it as 2 locations , client and employer locations

Client location unna contract days complete work itineary asked, same for employer location

May be it depends on , evadi chetilo mana file velthado....
