Real estate will be the 1st sector that gets affected when there is economy turmoil, no wonder in that, recent home-buyers must feel themselves to be unlucKy, bcos high lo unnapudu konnatle, malli ah konna price ki ravali ante time padutundi

And this crisis makes ‘stay at home’ call... also wherever inventory is less,,, it doesn’t even impact...

hard to predict...but high chances of not getting much impacted on real estate...2014-2019 the price went to skyrocket....so the price might go down may be 10-20%...which is not a big impact...

Housing directly proportional to economy. Economy rapid rise unte housing kooda ala ney untadi. Economy gradual rise unte same with housing. But there may be exceptions for some regions. In the current case analysts are expecting a 'U' shaped economic recovery. So housing kooda alane untadi mostly. Edi emaina current situation lo wait and watch approach best.
