ok guys whoever is still looking for this , here is what I found on google 

These licenses that are being sold dir cheap are either mostly academic or belong to an organization

you are at the mercy of the the admin that maintains the office 365 for this academic org

If/When microsoft finds out , they can terminate the license and you lose all your office 365 stuff , also there is a risk of the admin disabling these accounts

Personally , I'm not sure about the security of using such accounts 

be careful , money poina parvaledu , mee data in one drive pothe it will be bad

If you are still willing to take risk , then its your call
