Kerala is is really bad shape.. Same with Bengal. We have so many problems to fix. 

Good things are that Punjab terrorism is totally curbed. World is not speaking so much in favour of Pak. Economically we are much ahead of what we were a couple of decades back. Big companies are interested in investing in India.

This is our biggest hope now, and the govt knows it. Gadkari said a couple of days back that they are ready to okay anything companies want to come to India. Already corporate tax taggincharu and India improved a lot in ease of doing business. These are good signs. We need very strong economy to fight these terror elements.

Do you think we can still hope for PoK? I don't think so. Reasons- 1) CPEC (2) it will be hard to retain, people there are used to being part of Pak for many decades (3) that piece of land is more accessible from Pak and less from India.
