Bay area is doing very less tests than New York ante Bay Area waste antava.. it all depends on the severity and the need. Rapid test kits only tell half truth, they are like preganacy tests hint red or green sort, there is a high chance they also flag anti bodies from normal flu etc. PCR testing is still very limited. uS lanti country last month varaku less than a thousand million per million per day  tests chestunde.

china, india have followed a similar approach of lockdown/containment because of their high population density  than developed nations who believed in herd immunity. india will never be able to do as many tests as korea or japan..korea population okka Indian major city anta kuda untado ani naku doubt
 

testing is not panacea it will not cure anything. Here in US they will send you home even you test positive. They not even tested 0.5% population so far and rapid tests are like placebo it will give everyone a false hope that they are safe but not

AP lo rapid kits lo negative vachinaa sarey still they are sending it to PCR for review its additional step anthey, lockdown theeseyyali antey administration should have vast testing facilities ready. If you still want to argue continue and I will move on thanks.
