My sleep cycles screwed, just 8hrs of work, rest eat and sleep

how to get back to it natural way ? 

5/6-7:30 pm sleep then I wake up and watch some sleep again at 4/5/6 then wake up at 9 

feel shitty abt this pattern; how to fix this

Go to bed at 11 pm and start waking up at 6 oka two days hard ga unna dont sleep during the day and night automatic ga nedra vasthundi.. you will be fine ..
