Emotional and Mentally low people. do we even need them?

ppl who are not that emotionally strong and fear or cry for everything . do we even need them ?

Isnt the world like this just due to mentally low people who cannot stand up when something bad comes and causes troubles to everyone around them

If not, all people will be same religion, take same decisions, do same type of work,.... which makes everyone pretty-much redundant
