During their marriage my grand father oruchased land in Hyderabad for 10,000 some 350 gajalu near flying club..

 

They sold it for 35 lakhs now.

Same way invested 6 lakh rupees for a land in 2000 year.it s worth 80 lakhs even during Corina because of apartment high rise next to it.

They bought all properties that way taking loans..though my parents salary is around 2 lakhs ..they get less than 30,000 after all the cuts.

 

They invested money on land and I want to do the same . So me and my brother bought a farm in vijaywada during capital time..this is not for business or profit..this is for purely building a house in long run in capital to settle down. We have  ancestral home  in rural Telangana ranga Reddy jilla and parents home in  Hyderabad .
