Interesting question. 🧐 Devil is in the detail I guess. Historical data has suggested that twice as many unarmed blacks have died at the hands of the police as unarmed whites. Whether it is true in the recent years, I will have to check. One possible explanation could be that they were violent, but then again it is hard to judge whether they were or not with stats.

An unarmed man, dead in daylight urging for help. Police didn't hold back until the life goes out and he cant be saved.

Why is strangling a human more culpable than strangling a cat? It is the same offense.

I don't see a cat in video but everyone would react in similar manner when such things happen like the one posted recently where multiple young women strangled a pet cat to death by stepping on it's neck one by one.
