He has no right but Ekalavya insisted him to take guru dakshina and then he asked (adhi thappani already Sri Krishnudey theerpu cheppesaadu, manamentha). 

but there was no caste equation at all as you mentioned !!

And my more concern was ...these ancient science or books like sulbhasutra, brahmaguptasiddantha...etc got limited to only few during those days...thats why not much knows them...later these rediscovered by other westerners clammed their inventions...

 

i gave credit for all those inventions by brahmins...at the same time that knowledge is controlled to only specific people because of caste system

Rapes/Killings/murders ivi jaragakudadhani laws pedathaaru - ayina jarigindhi, court theerpu ichindhi. Would you say everything is done, so there is no point of court ruling !!!

btw...i got another silly doubt...Sri Krishna could have undone the whole eklavya situation by his magic or leela? Dont know Why it was not happened...

Dromacharya comes across Ekalavya that has punished a dog because it was disturbing him with his bowman ship. Knowledge & Power with the undeserving is a bane to the world. So, Drona had to neutralise.
