Human immune body also evolves and that makes virus develop into new a strain as they spread and/or they develop into a new strain as they multiply, basically if healthy people fight it out and the secondary spread after them may be different. For example Italian doctors in this report are observing that viral load in the samples they collected now is very less than a couple of months ago..that means that virus is not multiplying at a speed than it was couple of months ago..so all in all it a hope.

covid-2 died the same way without a vaccine. Also spain reported no new deaths for 2 consecutive days
