Cost to build a 2 floor home in suburb of hyd ?

What would be an estimate cost for building 2 floor home 🏠 in 260 yards (Gajam) outskirts of HYD ? This would be mainly for rentals , so basic construction (with no fancy indoors/equipments) but wanted to build it with best materials, which can last longer.

mestri will provide an estimate based on the sqft.

 

this will cover walls/inside construction/electric/water/draininge included... if you want to include high end material for your house... mestri will tell how much more

our's is mid-high end apt in Film nagar and my mestri told me that it costed 1500/sft. Of course no interiors.

Only walls, bathrooms with expensive tiles and taps, balcony with glass pane, windows, common area landscape beautification

Aptment kabatti takkuva rate padi undachu per sft as they build huge sft considering all apts.

Individual house ki wont cost more than 3000/sft + interiors

You are close. Decent houses 3300/ Sq ft memu construct chesi sell chese houses ki.

Around 1800/ ft if it is material contract. But nobody is doing those now. Development ki adugutharu. 40-60%

For G+2 floors max 5600 sq ft house will be your built up area

Cost per sq ft ranges from 1500 to 8000/sq ft

Min cost 85lakhs to high end cost 4.4cr (does not include permissions, LRS/BRS/Borewell)
