When did Glenmark claim that they developed this medicine ? Did they ? I saw the press release and no where did they mention that this drug has been developed by them.

Hetero Pharmaceuticals now have license to manufacture and sell Remdesivir in India. Does that mean they developed it?

Dr.Reddy’s are now manufacturing Remdesivir for US market. Does that mean they developed this drug ?

Glenmark odu edo anti viral drug under license patukochi, results bane vunayi , mild symptoms ki try cheyochu ani market la release chesthe, vadu develop chesindi kaadu ani lolli chestar endi bhai ?

Of course man, it’s a medicine to treat. An anti viral medicine which they claim have positive results.

Right now, no treatment and vaccine is not the solution. Mild symptoms vunte baaga effective ga panichestundi ani claims vunayi, better to administer at mild symptoms stage before it gets to severe.

Favipiravir made news recently as it was approved by the Govt of India for use in COVID 19 patients.
But what is the actual ground reality?
The fact is that this drug is still in Phase III trials and remains unapproved in the UK and the USA to date, nor in Japan, to which the Original Company : Toyama Chemicals.
On 15 March 2020, the drug was approved in China for the treatment of Covid-19. On 20 June, 2020, the drug was approved in India for the treatment of Covid-19 patients under the brand name of Fabiflu manufactured by Glenmark.
It is possible that the advanced countries want to conduct Phase III trials in Third World countries like India and depending on the results, they can approve (or disapprove) in their own countries!...idhendho theda kodthundhi ro...we have to wait n watch..ana country no mandhula santha lekka cheyakappthey adhey 10000 rs...let us hope for the best...us pharma industry lo unnollu evaraina ee drug approval gurinchi paina matter nijamo kadho cheppagalaru???
