unless you have a community built in your own tech, Friends at gym, cookout with family friends. Working from home long time will make you introvert from Extrovert. Human beings need interaction, you know.

Might be true in most of the cases, but I have seen competent people working in small towns ...generalize cheyyalem

Even in CA, Central Valley lo kuda  undaru , desis very less, except for punjabi batch. I prefer less desi places.
