My experience , we liked a house East facing

But God place lo bathroom vachindi

My wife was not happy 

 

Contacted builder who showed different lot and built according to our requirement 

the price went up by 10 k when signed contract 

So I don't know if vasthu saved us any money

Unfortunately US lo kooda choostunnaru mana janalu and east facing houses are high in demand... builders East facing house ki extra premium add chesi mari ammuthunnaru...

if you are desi area I think you end up buying one of those vastu homes... if not don’t give a  and buy the house you like

endukante Sun light will always be there on both ends. ..helps i getting major coverage for Solar setup.

All directions have same power in Vaastu. It all depends upon how the rooms laid out.  Go for it if the rooms get enough day light instead of using electric lights.  Check for wind flow also. 

I personally check with vasthu guy before buying any home.   Ancient time lo people used to live in caves.  next phase lo building huts... later houses... appudu oka intelligent fellow using ancient knowledge created vaastu for building homes.  Maddyalo lavado half knowledge gallu  daniki konni muda nammakalu apply chesaru.   

vasthu anedi science angle lo chudali , don't see/tie with god ...etc

Kaka ee oorlo vuntav ,  vasstu particular aithe, north direction lo home ki enter ayyinaka left side kitchen and right side bedroom vunte tesuko. Mast homes vuntayi us lo ee plans tho
